Exchanges
Our exchange policy lasts 7 days after you have received your item. If 7 days have gone by since you have received the item, unfortunately we can't offer you a store credit or exchange. Upon receipt of your item if it arrived in a damaged condition, or if it doesn't fit correctly please call us within 72 hours of receiving at 787-702-5675 to process your exchange request. Store Hours Tuesday -Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm
Additionally, to be eligible for exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, be unwashed, free of any perfume or odors, and have the Liah's Boutique tag attached. Once your exchange is received, inspected, and meets the conditions stated above we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Upon receipt of this email you will have 7 calendar days to ship the item back to us, and send your item to:

The customer will be responsible for any costs incurred to return the item but will not be charged for shipping of your replacement item. Items that CANNOT be exchanged at anytime:

- Jewelry
-Sunglasses
-Bags
- Swimsuits
- Body suit
- White Items
Please do not send your purchase back to the the store.
Store Credits/Discounts
We do not give CASH refunds at anytime. All refunds will be in the form of a store credit/discount. Once your exchange is received, inspected, and meets the conditions stated above we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your store credit/discount will be processed, and sent to the email you have provided in your return request within 10 calendar days. Store Credits will be in the amount of the original purchase price for the item. Your store credit will contain a purchase code which you will enter at checkout to apply the applicable discount to your next order. Late Store Credits
If you haven't received your store credit within 10 calendar days of receiving our confirmation email for your return.
Please call 787-702-5675 during regular Store hours Tuesday-Saturday 10-6 so we may check the status and process your store credit.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be eligible for exchange or store credit, ALL sales are FINAL for sale/clearance items.
Shipping Policy
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Urb. Maria del Carmen Calle 13 Q7 Corozal PR 00783 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, vary.
All customers returning an item to us should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and Liah's Boutique will not be responsible for any items lost during return shipping.
